Business Writing Skills

A key element in communicating well with customers, suppliers and internally is our ability to write effectively. This is a practical programme where you have the opportunity to try a fresh approach and put it into practice. We offer a framework for helping shape all written business communication. 


This course is highly interactive, practical and supportive. It uses many different forms of learning to develop your business writing skills. 

Communication Skills

The way you interact with others can be the key to your workplace success. Communicating under pressure, managing challenging relationships or looking to build lasting rapport, your style and interpersonal skill can make or break your chances of being effective. 


You learn on this programme how to capitalise on your existing skills, fine-tune your approach and build a strategy for communication with real impact.


Everything we do is participative and interactive. There will be work in pairs, small group work, processes and exercises designed to stimulate, challenge and develop your knowledge and skills. There is even some fun!


Giving & Recieving Feedback

Feedback is the least expensive and most effective lever for influencing behaviour. Feedback-rich cultures are the reason successful businesses retain key people, create a positive working environment and motivate employees. Feedback tells a person how they are doing in a way that is specific to them when conveyed in a sincere way.



Influencing with Integrity

This programme is designed for anyone wishing to have more influence in the workplace, whilst maintaining and developing their integrity. We use the essence of effective communication, and application of some foundational systems and processes. 


Everything we do is participative and interactive. There will be work in pairs, small group work, processes and exercises designed to stimulate, challenge and develop people's knowledge and skills. There is also some fun!



Interpersonal Skills

This programme is designed for people who wish to focus on their personal and professional effectiveness with others. We are creatures of habit, and many of our habits serve us well, however some don’t.  


We take this opportunity to identify and change our actions and behaviour and install more effective habits into our lives. We take an practical approach to this programme, encouraging participants to bring their own challenges to the table, and work on them throughout the programme, enabling real solutions to emerge.


Key Account Management

If you are responsible of key accounts in your organisation, then this course is for you! We take a practical approach, balanced with theory and best best practice. 


This is an experiential programme, where we ask participants to bring their challenges and opportunities for live breakthrough's.

Motivation Skills

This programme is for people at all levels in organisational life. This programme enable participants to examine the relationships they have with their colleagues, and use motivational thinking, language and behaviour to communicate, encourage and inspire themselves & others. 


Motivational Skills is competency-based, incorporating the latest research and current thinking. The training is experiential, with ample opportunity for reflection, discussion and action planning. We focus on the importance of building trust and the willingness to cooperate, through our Motivation Model.


Navigating Conflict

Conflict is a natural part of life, it happens at the best of time, and the worst.  Yet, we have a need to collaborate, influence and act. This programme is designed to enable participants to deal with conflict in a work context. 


Like all our trainings, Navigating Conflict is competency-based, incorporating the latest research and current thinking. The training is experiential, with ample opportunity for reflection, discussion and action planning. We focus on the importance of building trust and the willingness to cooperate; through a process we call the CHC Conflict Resolution Model.

Negitiation Skills

There is an art to negotiating effectively, and this is a balance between process and skill. This programme is designed to assist you in becoming a better negotiator. It takes you through the processes and focuses on the key skills required to negotiate effectively. 


It is highly interactive, practical and supportive. We use a variety of different learning approaches to explore the issues raised when negotiating, enabling you to work more effectively. 

Presentaion Skills

In this “Communication Age” the creation and delivery of effective presentations is an essential skill in most organisations. This programme is designed for anyone wishing to fine tune their presentation skills. It is a practical programme where you have the opportunity to try a fresh approach and put it into practice. 


The programme is a balance of solid theory and challenging practice. Participants make presentations during the programme and receive feedback on their performance. The use of video is optional for all participants.

Selling Skills

If you are responsible for sales, or sales improvement in your organisation, then this programme has been designed for you. This programme is packed with insights and practical tools to assist you in improving your sales performance. 


The programme has a balance of strong theory and practice and shares best practice from around the world.

Territory Management

This training is designed for all those who have sales responsibilities across a given territory, regardless of how wide or diverse.
