Assessment
BlueEQ™ uses a powerful validated assessment with along side a high-impact training workshop accelerating intelligence skills to create measurable career and business impacts. BlueEQ™ includes five skills and each skill is comprised of five behavioral dimensions. To improve an emotional intelligence skill, focus on developing the dimensions within that skill.
The questions are designed to measure how you think, feel, and behave. This comprehensive approach allows the participant to identify and isolate behaviors and skills in very specific ways.
Once areas of strengths and weaknesses are accurately identified, participants develop a 90-day plan for improvement.
