Craig Hiles

Craig is a consultant, coach & facilitator with over 30 Years’ experience in the field of people & change management, today “helping clients design success” and supporting them developing vision, strategy, alignment, engagement & execution around their highest priorities. Craig has a wealth of experience across business sectors, with individuals, teams & organisations - worldwide.


Working on many projects, Craig has developed award winning solutions such as the Customer Service Training Award – Orange Customer Service 1994, the International Video Communication Award (IVCA) in 1997, the Birmingham International Airport – Retail Customer Service Award 2002 and Retail Middle East – Business Excellence Award – Chalhoub Retail Academy 2008.


Craig is a Master Facilitator with FranklinCovey™, authorised Channel Partner with Wiley & Everything DiSC™. The Five Behaviours™ of Cohesive Teams™, Blanchard™, Profitability™ game-based learning, and Blue EQ™, along with Execution Happens™, Dialogue Works™ and Customer Centred Selling™. Craig is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), American Society of Training & Development (ASTD), the Agile Alliance, Agile Consortium, the Institute of Directors (IoD), and the Association of Project Managers (APM). He is an NLP Master Practitioner, and has worked with awarding bodies, including Edexcel, developing training academies in Europe and the Middle East.


Craig has been married for over 34 Years, lives with his wife in Shropshire, UK. Craig enjoys travel & exploring different cultures, has a passion for gardening, reading, basketball. He also has a passion for integrating new technology with established training methodologies, which results in developing truly Blended Learning Solutions that enable his clients to access and download applications thus:
