Organisational Effectiveness Programme

Workshop Overview

This workshop is designed for managers and leaders who wish to address the issues that challenge their team organisational effectiveness. 


We have created a lively and interactive event for managers and leaders to engage in discussion, debate and challenge, about the effectiveness of all or parts of the organization. 


We take a practical approach to this programme, encouraging participants to bring their own challenges to the table, and work on them throughout the programme, enabling real solutions to emerge.
