Change Management Workshop

Our Agile Change Management Workshop has been developed over the last 25 years, through experimentation, practical experience, learning from successes & failures and this program shares the distilled best practice from this, with you.


We have captured into a simple to use cause & effect diagram, the structure of our model. This is because In each of the key steps of our model we share with you our experience of what happens when these steps are executed elegantly, and the consequences (from experience) when they are not.


The programme can be delivered face-to-face or virtually. Ideally, we do this over a two-day period (14hrs), not just sharing the mind-sets, theories, models & examples, but adding the important element of application for participants, to their own change projects.

At the end of this workshop you will be able to:


  1. Understand the the “what to" and “how to" of CHC Agile Change Management Model
  2. Effectively initiate your change project.
  3. Build an effective change project team.
  4. Identify the key stakeholders, then determine their goals & expectations.
  5. Define your change to achieve those goals & expectations.
  6. Develop your communication strategy & plan to achieve the change.
  7. Plan your change to achieve the desired results, in the expected timeframe.
  8. Identify how to develop the change readiness for individuals, teams & your organisation.
  9. Implement an agile approach for your change project.
  10. Effectively monitor your change towards achieving the goals & expectations.
